About The Value of Truth

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." - John 14:6
The Value of Truth Ministries began as a college paper that Brian Price wrote in 2004. In his Philosophy class, he wrote his first religious paper arguing that Truth is not relative to each person's beliefs, but rather it is unchangeable, no matter what one may believe. Just like the sky is blue, the sun is hot, and the ocean is deep no matter what other people may say, so too Truth cannot be altered due to varying opinions on the matter.
"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." - 1 Timothy 2:5

Brian was born to Christian parents in Florida in 1985. As a young man, he joined the military and was stationed in Germany for 8 years. While in Germany, he departed from the Lord by living a life of sin. Brian inherited over 30,000 dollars prior to his stay in Germany, and he used this money to fund his life of sin. However, the Lord sent a young Christian woman named Martha to him and showed him Galatians chapter 5:19-21. This single passage so greatly affected Brian, that just 6 months later, he returned to the Lord Jesus with all of his heart while visiting his home church while on leave.

In 2005, Brian caught inspiration from other Christians, such as Tracy from Jesus-is-Lord.com, and David Stewart from Jesus-is-Savior.com, and decided to create his own website to help fellow Christians spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. This burning desire to preach the gospel has led to the writing of many different articles on valueoftruth.org and has seen more than 1,000 visitors view the salvation page. May God grant many thousands more!

Brian is not a theologian, but rather a common Christian man with a vision and a desire to see people go to heaven. He believes that anyone, from the basest of men to men of the highest degree can be used by God to make a difference in the lives of people for the kingdom of God. Jesus was a carpenter, yet his words have been preached from pulpits all over the world. Peter was a fisherman, yet he saw over 3,000 souls get saved from just one of his sermons. David was shepherd boy who killed a giant named Goliath and later became Israel's king. The gospel is about ordinary men doing extraordinary things by God's power to lead souls to salvation. Christianity's weapons of warfare are not carnal (2 Corinthians ch. 10), and therefore we must use our weapon of the word of God (the Bible) to wage a warfare of love.

Truly, the pen is mightier than the sword, and with the pen, Brian, through the grace of Jesus Christ, has attempted to conquer the hearts of men for God. His desire is to see souls saved, and to see other Christians enter into the Lord's harvest with the same desire, since there are so few laborers.
