Those Who Reject You Reject Jesus
By Brian Price 11/20/2012

"41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: 42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink." - Matthew 25:41-42
Justice delayed is not necessarily justice denied. Here we read in Matthew chapter 25 about the judgment. Notice the words of Jesus to those on his left hand: "For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink." Jesus said in chapter 18 that whosoever would receive one of such little children in his name would be receiving Jesus himself. And he said in Luke chapter 10, "He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me." The way we treat our fellow man is going to be reviewed on judgment day. When someone throws stones at the preacher, they are not throwing stones at the preacher but at Jesus himself. When a person rejects the gospel message, they are rejecting God himself. Do not allow the evil deeds of other people to discourage you for it will be brought to light on judgment day. Those who have done evil to the innocent and to the righteous will have their day in court, and their deeds will be questioned by the One they have personally offended.
